How to Apply

Admission to Antartic English School is purely based on merit, evaluated through an entrance test and interview. Interested applicants must obtain the prescribed admission form and prospectus from the school office starting from 10th January. The completed form must be submitted to the Principal's Office by 5th February, along with two recent passport-sized photographs of the candidate.

The entrance test is held on 7th February and includes General English (20 marks), Mathematics (20 marks), and a Viva Voce (10 marks). Selected candidates will be notified and must complete the admission formalities by the specified dates. The final decision regarding admission rests with the Administrative Council of the school.

Admission Requirements
  • Completed admission form (available from 10th January each year)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of the applicant
  • Birth certificate or age-proof document (for new students)
  • Mark sheet or progress report from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate (for students coming from other schools)
  • Pass the school’s entrance test:
    • General English – 20 marks
    • Mathematics – 20 marks
    • Viva Voce – 10 marks
  • Meet the age and eligibility criteria for the applied class
  • Payment of admission and tuition fees as per the fee structure

Note: Admission decisions are final and lie with the Administrative Council of Antartic English School.
